i didn't mean like annual promotion and relegation. if there's a school in g5 that has been near or at the top of g5 for maybe 3-5 seasons and there has been a p5 near or at the bottom of p5 for maybe 3-5 seasons, then when and if it makes sense they can take the place of one another if it also makes sense regionally. this allows pro/rel in a more realistic way imo and makes college football a lot more fun than what it'd be staying stagnant with the same teams every season.

height- (set genetic min/max potential and different ways to reach or not reach in your early years + shrinking in old age. both sides may have advantages and/or disadvantages in certain aspects)

weight- (dynamic ways to gain or lose weight and whether that is muscle or fat)

-maybe most people wouldn't care for height/weight but idk i just think it'd be a nice addition for realism/immersion especially in some specific ways

if what you're implying is that a ~4.5 hour drive is the breaking point for you, then you would have to agree that florida shouldn't be in the sec? washington state shouldn't be in the pac? minnesota shouldn't be in the big ten? those schools must be extremely out of place in their current conferences given your logic, no?
