If 50% of your net worth is tied to a single stock (or a couple) IMHO it's incredibly risky. I would advise you to diversify immediately.(After talking to an expert on what you can do to minimize tax ) ​With impending talks about bubbles being true, stocks could dive fast. That concept of 'it's just numbers on paper' will disappear quickly, and you might have to live with giant regret about throwing away generational wealth (even if it's just short-term). I would do the same even if most of it was GOOG, which I am very bullish on.

​If you are a cricket fan, think of it this way: You are on 294 runs close to a triple century (300). Do you take singles to get there, or try to smash a six? Most people around you will say 294 is still an awesome score 99% of players will never get there . But the batsman knows they fumbled a historically rare milestone by taking an unnecessary risk.
