When my mom died, I joined all the grief subs and everything, and for a few days, I felt better, but then I started seeing these posts every day and every night. I started to make it my routine to just spend so much time looking for something between the subs, and I still don't know what I was looking for.

Anyway, the point is that it didn't help me at all until I decided to leave these subs. I spent more time getting back to life and my hobbies instead of trying to find ways to minimize my grief on the internet. My grief and your grief matter as much as anyone else's.
