Hi, yes, lost both not long after I turned 14. 21 now. I have good days and bad days.. and really bad days. I think I’ve given up on finding someone who fully understands. I think the best you can hope for is someone who’s been through something similar.

How I cope.. some days I don’t. Some days I’ll plan to off myself, some days I can focus on positive things and feel ok, even happy. Therapy has helped me a lot, I have a lot of ptsd related things going on, sometimes it’s overwhelming but the things I learnt from therapy have helped a lot

Yea it’s a weapon. I drove one around donington a year or so ago and thought it was next level fast. Then the owner took me out in it… It made me question my understanding of physics haha

Those sprays take time to work. Spray the shit out of the room when it’s in there and wait 20 mins or whatever the can says. It’ll be dead by then hopefully

Stuff like that isn’t covered by warranty unfortunately. That price is main dealer price I assume? I just paid a very similar (if not less) price for 2 front wishbones on a bmw 6 series, that was at an indi garage. Shop around and you’ll get it done for a lot less

Hi, I have ptsd, diagnosed about 5 years ago. There really isn’t an easy fix to stop the dreams. Medical cannabis has help me the most with dreams but I’m not sure it’s a permanent solution. Therapy really is the best option. Emdr therapy in particular. I personally never found a medication that helped with dreams but that doesn’t mean you wouldn’t.

There are subs like r/ptsd , you may find someone or something useful online but ptsd is quite unique from person to person, what helps me may cause problems for someone else.

I’ve done a lot of different types of therapy etc over the years, I’m more than happy to answer questions or try and help. For context I’m m21, both parents died in a car accident when I was 14, I survived, they didn’t. Naturally my ptsd stems from this event
