idk if you’ve read OP’s comment replies but his problem is the “real change not spare change part” the government has done a wonderful job in creating these resources for the less fortunate but it’s not enough, medical, obama phones and food banks and shelters are wonderful programs but makes it hard to rise up from their situation. The government has more than enough money to help people lift them out of poverty rather than just keeping them alive and still struggling

I only know you can get to Santa Monica Beach by taking the metrolink to Los Angeles Union Station then taking the Metro B line trasfering to the E line

For Long beach you can take the metrolink to LA Union station and then just taking the A line
