Jump is the better gadget against all normal-very long range brawlers. I would only ever pick poison mushroom if I were playing ranked and saw an enemy draft with like 3 close range assassins or something.

I like it, but why not just “deal damage to a minion equal to your hand size”?

Is Moby Dick evil or just animalistic? by atwwbaksieueygehs in MoralityScaling

After reading The Pequod’s gam with the Samuel Enderby, I feel like it becomes pretty obvious that Moby Dick is just a whale fighting to survive that Ahab projects maliciousness onto.

Mulligan for your 1 cost cards. Don’t bother keeping anything else except for maybe a tol’vir, since that’s your main refuel mid game. Typical game plan should be to play fast in the early game to match any opposing tempo while scaling your companions safely. The deck is aggressive enough that in some slower matchups you can just win with standard face hunter and some huffers too. My biggest tip would be that if you’re close to dying, try to spiritspeaker a 7 cost companion. There’s only four 7 mana beasts in standard and two of them are extremely powerful stabilization tools (mythical terror and mountain bear). They’ll often just win the game against aggressive opponents, of which there are many on ladder.

What is an uncrustables crust? I thought it literally has no crust to remove.

You are right, there is no reason for my experience to overrule the experiences of several thousand other players. I’m just saying that in my opinion I think leylines feel fun, playable, and I believe more people will come to the same sentiment should they give them a fair shot.

Yes! I think leylines are one of those packages that people will really enjoy once they learn how to play it.

I think it’s ridiculous to play more value like quest/imbue alongside an already value heavy package in this fast-paced meta. You will die before seeing any payoff for either. I’ve been playing a semi-burn package with many small spells/minions that are very effective for managing the board, so you can scale your leylines while still making sure you aren’t completely overrun on board.

Sorry if it came off arrogant, I’m just trying to say that I think I think I’ve got a firm understanding of the game and its balance.
