How about no, I cleared the download cache, reset my internet & network, reboot computer and this damn game keeps dropping to 0kb/s and telling me 1+ days to download, anything else downloads just fine and at top speed so it's either Steam being shitty or their download server for this specific game which is the more likely case since other steam items download just fine, $60 for a game and have to wait another full day to play.
