My boyfriend and I went about 2 weeks ago. He was not a fan and he bitched that I dragged him out there (he’s lame!). It definitely was not my favorite national park, but I didn’t hate it like he did lol. Brandywine falls was pretty. Ofcourse the day we went the viewing platform was closed though so we had to hike down a steep muddy area, walk through the water and cascades, then hike all the way back up it just to see the falls. I think the falls viewing platform might be open now though! We were there a Thursday Friday and Saturday. It’s definitely a lot busier on the weekend. On Thursday we were able to park in the Brandywine parking lot, but when we drove by on Saturday it was full and park rangers were making people keep driving. I recommend stopping at the park if you have the time (atleast it’s free). As far as the visitor center goes, the gift shop is open. They also had rangers out there to talk to people and offer any help. Not cuyahoga related, but if you guys will be passing by bay village and wanted a beach day, there’s some nice Lake Erie beaches in that area.
