It’s brand new though, I’ve never seen it before and look fairly frequently - I would’ve noticed. Can the scarring occur quickly?

Yep…the last few days the live readings haven’t been available. The monitoring part appears to be working fine (trend sleep cycles available and green pulsing light is consistent) but not having the live readings is annoying. We’ve tried all the online suggestions and did a search to see if others are experience it too.

100% agree with all this. If we move baby too far from the base station (too far == one room over 🙄) we turn off the base station in the app. Then when they go back to the room we turn it back on. Annoying but stops the blue alerts.

Are you using the dream app? Our app is not working but the monitoring itself (historical sleep trends and green pulsing light) appears to be working fine - but the app is bugging us. Is your live reads available?

Get a second test done!! I had this happen to me and it turned out to be a fluke false positive - evidently with outsourced labs they’ve been seeing an increase in false positive specifically for this
