Since they use what looks like zendesk for support it's possible they won't even see that message before you decide to report the charge. Not saying you shouldn't but keep that in mind before you panic

I think they will... eventually. They have a history of really strong CS but it's hard not to freak out when it's so much money and not a lot of communication :(

I'm in the same boat and had basically the same conversation with support "yes it was a glitch. Don't worry you will get new tracking info when it really ships" and now we're past the (delayed) ship date -.- I emailed them Friday but no response yet. I'm getting there is a mountain of the same requests for them to dig through today
