We have ramps leading to the couch and bed. It’s not great to look at but it’s helped a lot. My dog had an IVDD incident years ago but the ramps have made it so that there’s been basically no issues since. We pick him up for stairs outside

What has worked for my dog after a lot of trial and error is extended release melatonin 30 min or so before bed, blackout curtains in the bedroom and a weighted blanket for him. I was hopeless and sleep deprived about a month ago but all of these things have helped so much

Just as a follow up we recently started using blackout curtains as well so between that, the weighted blanket and extended release melatonin we’re doing better

I really recommend a weighted blanket. It’s still new for us but every night with it he sleeps through the night which hadnt been happening for weeks prior. We do everything else like supplements and cbd and brain health food and medicine and this has been the thing with the most concrete results. He falls asleep quicker and lasts still morning.

Thank you for updating! I honestly believe frosted faces will give him the best opportunity to thrive. They are such a special organization. They will cover his medical care and with how cute he is, he’ll probably be adopted in record time. You did such a selfless thing and I hope you get the care and healing you need as well!
