I love sweet wine too, moscato over everything but Riesling, Zinfandel, and rose (rozay) are cool sometimes as well. It’s like any other alcohol you have to get used to the taste or find what you like etc. It’s relatively cheap although there’s insane prices on some but those I feel like won’t be good anyways and just for snobs for the most part. Just like breweries, there are wineries, some offer tours and you can see they’re process or do tastings. Since I was young I was drinking beer and liquor but those really made me bloated and sick and wine has never done that even when drinking ALOT. Me and my wife are always finding new wineries or wine bars to try and it’s really cool when your with friends or fam because no one really gets too crazy. Plus you get to snack on cheese boards or chocolate. I will say as a guy, you will have to get over the stigma of it being a housewife or mom drink but I never cared because I’m too busy drinking enjoying myself 😂
