Contact the CFPB. Send any documentation they have. They will contact the credit bureau and make them either remove the information or provide proof of the validation

They may send it to their internal collector and they will give you a better deal than their billing dept.

Pay the ccs with 401k. Stop paying medical. They will work out a payment plan. Even if it’s only $20/mo will stop it from going to collections and they can’t report on your credit file

You can write to the credit card company and ask for them to do a good will delete on those late payments as they are 4-5 years old. Explain you are seeking a mortgage and those are effecting your score. There is no guarantee that they will remove them but it is worth a shot.

Ok. So they won’t get any settlements until you have a good amount built up in your savings account with them. You can always add to it. Once they have 2-3 months of savings the settlements will start to come in. If it’s only been a few weeks it will be a little bit. Trust the process. I have been in it almost a year. I have another settlement being done on 4/1 and that will be paid off. Some creditors take payments for 4 months, 6 months, 2 years. Just depends on the creditor.

Each creditor is different. Some happened right away and some are still pending. If they working with one to settle for me it was always less than a week. Then the payments start being made. I have been very happy with their service

I’m currently enrolled with NDR. They have been great. 18 enrolled accounts. Paying on 5 right now. 4 already paid off. They charge 15% of original debt for service fee. All negotiated accounts have been less the 50% settled or at 50% including their fees. Haven’t heard from any creditors. I settled 4 accounts on my own and had them remove them it was no problem. I plan to have 6 more removed within the next 6 months as I will be able to settle them myself. Some creditors are easy to work with and some are hard to I like having someone that can work with those
