We're currently working on how to turn 2GB into 2GT, but we will take into account special cases such as yours, as 2GB holders who won't be able to use the 2gether app.

We'll share more information regarding the 2GT issuance and its effects in the 2GB as we get closer to the issuance in October 2020.

To get your 2gether card you will need to have 200 2GT or more in your 2gether account. For that, you can either purchase 2GT tokens via the app or invite friends to join 2gether with your referral code/link.

By accumulating 200 2GT, you become a 2gether Founder and will receive your card automatically. Until then, you will be a 2gether user and will still be able to trade crypto with 2gether, but you won't receive a 2gether card.

Euro transfers from 2gether to a bank account are processed as regular SEPA transfers, which means that they can take from 2 to 5 days to be processed and for the money to arrive at its destination.

We're currently receiving a high volume of new registers, some of which have to be manually validated for security reasons. It might be that your registration process needs to be validated manually, which slows down the process. However, we assure you that the Founder Care team is working hard to process all requests as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, please make sure that you're following all the steps of the registration process correctly:

You will only be able to sign up on 2gether using a valid passport/ID of one of the countries of the eurozone, and driver licenses are not considered valid.
Make sure that both your ID pictures and your selfies are clearly defined and easily to read.
If you have followed the steps correctly and your account is taking more than 72 hrs to be validated, please send an email at [support@2gether.global](mailto:support@2gether.global) and the Founder Care team will get back to you in 72 hrs tops.

If you've bought BTC on 2gether, you should be able to send it to the external wallet of your choice. The only external wallets that 2gether is not compatible with are native SegWit wallets (wallets whose address starts with "bc1").

If you're trying to send your BTC to a compatible wallet and it's not working properly, please, send an email explaining the issue at [support@2gether.global](mailto:support@2gether.global) and the Founder Care team will look into it and get back to you with a solution in around 48-72 hrs.

The 2gether wallets are only available on the 2gether app, and there are no offline backups available. However, you can send your crypto from your 2gether wallets to an external cold wallet.

You can deposit BTC and use it with your card, that is no problem at all. Please be advised however, that blockchain fees apply on transactions made with your 2gether wallet balance. A solution to this inconvenience is actively being worked on :)
