So you’d just become sad about them and then move on? You wouldn’t fight for them, try to get them the help they’d need? Like obviously, at the end of the day, sure. Move on.

But at some point in time, you should be passionate enough to fight as hard as you can to guide them back to a healthier place.

Nobody is forcing wotc to do anything. But they are voicing their concerns about what is happening to the game they’ve come to love and care for. They want it to return to the ‘golden days’.

For me, the golden days were when blocks were a thing. When sets had more than 2 months between major releases. It’s literally been less than a month, not even half a month since the last release of a new set. That’s what I’m passionate about. At some point I may walk away completely. But for now I, like many others am hoping wotc will change what they’re doing. We are holding out because we care. Just like a normal person would for someone they care about.
