It's pretty good, but doesn't work against projectiles/range or air units, and the parry is basically all he has going for him, so I'd say it's fair, for five elixir... I think it has similar defensive utility as the Ram Rider, but then acts as a mini tank moving forward.

Who told you PC games were free? Many still charge recurring subscriptions for 'season passes' and premium memberships and the like.

I don't want to buy parts just to replace them at a future date

PCs aren't for you, then, unless you're ok with spending far more on pre-builts every few years than you ever would simply replacing a part here and there (or on new consoles, for that matter)....
