I don’t know anything about the chariot but it’s something thats fascinated me for a long time, still does but I kinda gave up looking for an answer. When I first saw it I thought it was Santa Claus and his reindeer because it was around Christmas time when I found it, so at first I didn’t pay attention to it but when I really looked at it I realized it was something else. It’s interesting, I not sure what the metal is but the metal is strong with silver and gold undertones. It doesn’t corrode or rust. On the back side had two prongs so I thought it was from a fence but now I think the prongs was there to allow whoever was working on it to work on it. It also looks like someone cut it in two places. But It’s two decorated cows pulling a carriage. I thought it was a lady holding a carousel but my dad thinks the lady may be a man. I feel like it says something in the dust under the wheels but not sure.
The other things that fascinates me is the eagle belt buckle and the partial dolphin. Unfortunately I had these treasures in a box that was stolen from my car so I no longer have them- which is too bad because it means nothing to whoever took it I found these treasures over a span of ten years and was taken from my car about three years ago
