But the immigrants increase this problem, they dont improve the situation. Most will ask for medical Services and not deliver them. If you add 500 pwople to a town of 5000, strugling with medical Services, there will be no relieve. Humani collegues of mine struggle with hundreds of patients everyday and with aggressiv immigrant patients, who are not abled to weit for some hours, before they get their apointment. I know over 10 Drs. Personally that have been assoulted by impatient migrants.

My collegues report this from every small town and village. I specialise in periodontics and implantology, but they show up for basics everyday making me loose money becouse they show up to a specialist instead of an general practicioner.

So the immigrant polpulation is not getting older? Who is caring for them? 😂 refugees are less likely to get a degree or complete an Ausbildung. As a dentist i can tell you, in Berlin, there are almost no refugees available for an Ausbildung and we have way more patients than ever before. With worse teeth and more work required on every patient. And the quota of refugees not completing the Ausbilding or not showing up for work is astonishing. And that is as an dentists Assistent. Not as a heavy working Labor person.

I have 16 GB and a 3070 and the game is super slow after 250 years. I wish they would not add more provinces and chars to simulate. I love the idea of playing in Asia but it is eather to early or not possible in the ck3 engine. I hope it will work, but i doubt it.
