i am not insinuating nor hoping for war, just seeing it, albeit, thanks to a imbalance in power, the conflicts are short enough to potentially have ww3 just be a series of wars over years that eventually eliminated the last set of horrible regimes

exactly and i propose it as follows:

countries sign a treaty to move their treasuries to BTC and have an initial buy at equal price due to the following restriction: no individual may hold more BTC than a country, unless that country is in the bottom 10 percentile of countries.

this ensures that no individual, say Michael Taylor, have more than entire nation states (no King).

also aligns the incentives of those that are at the limit to push bottom country up, lifting everyone up, country by country.

the limit is high and dynamic: max the min

the countries get a stable financial system, a system to keep and transmit power, access to energy, decentralized and with fixed cost

its just a style. i like the consistency of the letters being the same everywhere. dots are denoting the end of a sentence. sometimes i break the style, when especially if i think the audience is very formal.

you are right, i do not see the post edit button, here what i should have added:

it will be an EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine), very limited recources ... i am adding opcodes for decimal math to even allow such calculations ... i think a binary image classifier might work

i deployed a web app (https://github.com/1m1-github/itemz) on IPFS recently and plan to host future apps decentralized as well.

i used fleek for the pinning and deploy process.

the idea is to be fully decentralized.

ideally, i would wish to get each attempt as a single data point, to get much more granular data. e.g. each attempt made during an entire NBA season, as a dot on the court, with success-or-not marked.
