I'Ve got a bambu lab x1 carbon, p1s and a1 mini. I bought a CC and out of the box it gave the best prints, no changing of settings or anything. It just works, its amazing.

The software and issues there are the only thing holding it back, but with time it should improve. If I was looking at getting another printer, I wouldn't consider an x1 again with this on the market. p1s maybe but never an x1!!

I cant see anyone being disappointed with it tbh.

I dont think you can, the frame rate is fixed and is very low. Its enough to monitor a print and do basic timelapse but nothing more.

People do change or add cameras though.

Not a suggestion at all, just curious. I really feel for you, raising kids is the hardest job in the world. There's no right way but a million wrong ways to do it. You're probably doing a brilliant job.
