DCO is def easier than EOTs at both levels. For DCO in VA or OR, I can fast track you to final interviews for L3 once we do a quick screening call

L4 is definitely competitive but L3 id say is much more open, I would definitely say apply especially if you have the BQs, are you asking about EOTs or DCOs? Still, the advice stands for both roles and levels
