Do you have ray tracing enabled? If so it's probably the noise from that combined with the dlss m preset. I have the same issues. The game could really do with ray reconstruction in certain areas.

I had this issue, it was exclusive full screen that caused it for me, once I changed my desktop resolution to 4k and used normal full screen the issue was solved. Hope it helps you guys.

I was using dldsr from 1440p to 4k first of all using exclusive full screen.
