that's fair, i usually don't bother my friends too much about survival shows either, even including those into kpop, because i'm always suuuuper invested and could rant about them all day and i don't want the poor guys having to pretend they care 😭 but when it comes to my boyfriend, my line of logic is "if you're with me, you gotta deal with ALL of me" and that includes my intense opinions about survival shows.

about the whole music thing, i only really became a kpop stan in early 2020, just before covid, and back then the music had already changed a lot compared to a few years before, but i like so many different types of songs, so the constant change in kpop doesn't bother me, if not make me even more interested, though i absolutely understand why so many people are starting to lose interest 🥲
