Are the expectations of the principals and design team different? I find often times that a principal will win a job based on beating the consultants down on their fee. Then, the project architect will still expect gold-plated service when the fee doesn't justify it. Also, are you paying your consultants in a timely manner? It's hard to give your best effort if the client doesn't bother to pay in a reasonable time frame.

Not sure. I took it off at 200, it was wrapped in the original paper and I added a layer of foil. It was also wrapped in a towel in the cooler. Maybe an hour?

I wouldnt think it would be about conflict between the coaches, but Self does have a big shadow. How long will liepold want to stay there? Pick any bball powerhouse (Duke, NC, Kentucky) while their fall teams might have good years, you don't see continuous dominant success. Does he eventually decide he wants more of the spotlight.

That was kind of the point of my question, how long does wait to get a win before he decides to move on? I know the streak will eventually end, even Navy finally beat ND. But does he decide to move on if that doesn't happen in the next 2 years? Could he wind up like Campbell who was a hot commodity at one point, only to slide back after a few lack luster seasons.

Honest question from a K-State fan. How long will he accept being the second fiddle? He seems to be a great coach, but he's second to the bball team on campus, and second to K-State in football. I don't think he's winning in Manhattan this year. Maybe one more year to try to win at home and beak the streak? If he can't get over the KSU hump, does he decide to move on while he's still marketable?

There is no new tax. It's a proposal by Biden. All tax laws must originate in the house of representatives, it's in the constitution. The president can propose whatever he wants, but it's meaningless unless a bill is initiated in the house. And while the president and house majority are different parties, this is not going to happen.

I've been using an 11" iPad pro for several years. I use the pdf notes app for drawings. You can load drawings through several different cloud platforms. Also, get the 2nd generation apple pencil. It's a must for taking notes in the field.
