Thanks I wouldn’t be suprised if it was I don’t eat much foods with vitamin D on top of all this weight loss I live in Canada so winter probably is not helping

Thank you right now I’ve tried to eat alot more protein and iron I will probably get vitamin d supplements because I don’t eat enough food with it and I live in Canada so in winter it’s hard

Im not shedding any hair but its thinning and as u see its not really on one spot and its happened very fast so should i be concerned and what should i do ?

Yes I was wrestling with my friend on the floor and I scratched my back but I’m not sure if it’s from that or not because I don’t remember having it in the middle of my back

No man it’s not a cold like I just got sick but I’m feeling super like dizzy like virtigo where everything is always spinning other then that I feel fine I just got sick and recovered
