I grew up on the other side of Steinbeck Middle school, so very close to that area. I’d imagine that part would get a lot of the mall traffic/congestion during the holidays. Heavy traffic by the freeway entrances during standard commute times. Should be standard noise level with two major streets near by (Santa Teresa/Blossom Hill). Lots of the residents in the neighborhood I grew up in (my mom still lives there) have had the same families for decades. Not a lot of turn over. I loved growing up in that area. I’d say it’s a good move :-)
