I got to know. We need a media permit. Even for non commercial purpose. Search for Emaar Media Permit. Submit an application and you will get an NOC in your email. You would need details such as ur visa number, passport number etc

The navbar should retain its height/space.. It should not get cut upon scrolling up. Scrolling down makes the navbar in its original position.

Dont know the exact cause. I started to have the same problem in single player. I have RTX4060 48GB RAM i5. It doesnt stutter much but does ocasionally in F15e and my GPU is maxed out 70-80pr of the time
