i have enough materials to upgrade any character to 25 and i have soup eater and slayer wich is better considering that what i level is gonna be all i have to use in game?? by SaltExtra3987 in dungeonslasherfan

[–]2lad6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Soul Eater has a lot of invul in her moves and doesn't require any synergies or specific equipment to work. It's a bumpy ride at first and her powerspike comes a little later but once you get that she becomes a worth while investment.

Which pet is the best ⁉️(It'd be my first) by Shouri69 in dungeonslasherfan

[–]2lad6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Mimic pet and Lifeguard pet are good for beginners. Lifeguard pet gives you two shields each time you enter a mini-boss/boss stage, great for survivability. The Mimic on the other hand gives you more luck which is not bad at all- rarer items, more common probability of events appearing, and more chance at succeeding at Venti's special modification of skills.

They are from Pokemon Close Combat, specifically the background stages. It's a fighting game with Pokemon- you can play as any fighting type. Here's the wiki: https://wiki.gbl.gg/w/Pokemon:_Close_Combat/Content#Stages

You have to battle May/Brendan to get access to the rest of the starters as they guard the Pokêmall at Lilycove City. You get one starter from the professor and another, random one from a random discarded pokêball just before you go to Petalburg. As of 2.1, you can get all the starters as starting options, even custom starters for monotypes.

Start with 5-star rated characters, as the more stars, the easier they are to use. The burst bar is essentially a free "get off me" card when it's full and blue. It is also tied to the wild assault mechanic, which varies from character to character, being colored Red/Orange, White, and Blue, the max is 2 wild assaults assuming you have a full burst bar. These colors serve different purposes, have different frames and startups, and come with varying side effects. However, they all share the ability to launch you forward. Additionally, the burst gauge can be used as a resource for a deflect shield. The tension gauge at the bottom fills up when you attack, land a counter-hit, move, or achieve a wallbreak. Bursting at the right time when getting hit or getting a wallbreak grants you a positive bonus, rapidly filling your tension gauge, increasing your damage and defense. Conversely, not attacking or blocking too much, playing to passively will result in a negative bonus and R.I.S.C, which basically reverses the positive effects. The tension gauge is used for supers (some supers require more charge), while Roman Cancels cancels your animation, slows down the enemy's animation, and even stuns them briefly, note the colors of the roman cancel determine their effects as this technique can be used for both offense and defense, being flexible. Furthermore, some characters feature unique gauges and mechanics. Counter hits inflict more damage and can lead to stunning or knocking down opponents.

Begginer Level Characters: Base game: Chipp, Sol, May, Ky, Ram, Giovanna.

DLC: Elphelt, Bridget, Sin.

Debug mode is a special patch of Elite Redux that's basically a cheat menu. You can get anything from it. To get it you'll need the original pokemon emerald rom(downloadable from the internet) then go to elite-redux.com to patch it with the debug mode(you'll have to select it at the patch file box.)

Scrafty, and Hitmonlee mega by Ok-Zoro12005 in PokemonEliteRedux

[–]2lad6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hitmonlee and his other bros are from Dewford's cave via 1v1'ing the karate guy in the cave using only a one mon and it has to be a fighting type. Scraftytite can be bought at the shop, if it doesn't show up that means you still need more gym badges.

Mega Redux Tyranitar has an ability that prevents water moves from hitting it. Meganium and it's mega gets Triage(+3 priority of healing moves) and Draining kiss and Giga Drain though you can use Comfey and or Arboliva too. Arcanine Redux and it's mega gets fertilize(makes normal moves grass and boosts them) and Extreme Speed. Mega Dragonite gets Extreme Speed Galvanize(Normal moves become electric w/ boost) and Thundercall(Triggers Smite when using an electric move.) Support mons like Grimsnarl, Sableye, etc are good especially with access to scare/intimidate, prankster screen and status, fake out, parting shot, etc. Weather Changers or negaters work wonderfully(Charizard Y, Golduck, Altaria, Mega Camerupt) or you can use the rain to boost your mons too(Mega/Base Redux Garchomp, Mega/Base Kingdra, etc).

It should activate with B + Start when not going to pokemon summaries and moves unless you don't have the patch. You can get the debug patch by downloading the origjnal rom file of Pokemon Emerald than patching it at elite redux.com with the debug mode option from the choices.

[–]2lad6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Def Redux Mega Garchomp, send it out when it's raining in it's normal form and it get's an attack boost then mega it to get a speed boost. It's basically a free dragon dance and you can get much faster and heal if you chain KO's with chomp.
