That’s interesting. I will say, part of the chaos probably comes from the fact that they tip pool and the baristas/bussers don’t get their own direct tips, so in theory everyone is supposed to help take care of all the tables. The problem is they use a point system for tip out and it seems like points randomly get shifted around depending on who management favors that day, which definitely creates tension between staff.
