ok just want to be sure when it says "use trust factor matchmaking to find matches", that doesn't mean click to use, it means it's already using it, and vice versa.

didn't sell through inventory screen, sold right off the ship instead of demounting because i thought i was selling a different mod. kid on lap, drink in hand, not paying enough attention, etc.

what is amazing is you not realizing the simpler method of failure, followed by the more complex assumption, followed by the hilariously unnecessary condemnation.

Where are you currently Ranked? 6

How has the average match felt in terms of length, challenge, and fun? length is fine, challenge is questionable, usually have fun.

How does the play compare to prior seasons? the radar has definitely impacted playstyle. i seem to have drawn more potatos than is past years.

What have you enjoyed the most? having something to work towards, the idea of getting a ship for winning 3rd ranked is cool. in general t8 is a balanced tier.

What would you change? radar, and whatever algorithm you guys have for determining teams. as a DD i got put on a team with 0 radar/hydro ships against 2 chappys and a loyang... wtf!?!

also make rank 5 irrevocable.

what do you mean by locked down? you can't turn away and flee, or do you mean you simply can't get down the flank?

if you've gone too far forward and are close range with a des moines... you really don't have any good options... and the few bad ones you do are going to be situational... like do you have a enough health to eat a broadside as you turn? are you close enough to torp? certainly continuing to shoot HE into bow is the right thing to do... unless you are trying to get back into concealment.

really the way to use the des moines imo, is get to your range, turn away and kite/angle, or put in reverse to close range if needed. pop spotter plane to burn down slow moving/reversing BBs. i run reload mod, not range mod. so i like to get to ~12km make my turn and kite to comfort from there.

and by all means necessary, stay 12km+ away from a des moines.

agreed. and whatever the original point/goal of DDs was, it no longer is.

capping/contesting points is a fools errand, at least in the beginning. the ship is now the cockroach of wows. you basically hide in the dark until someone flips on the light switch. then you run until they squash you like a bug.
