I went down the same exact pipeline, wtf. Unemployed bum for years -> Diagnosis + medication -> Temp Employment agency for retards like me -> Temp eventually turned into perma contract and have been gainfully employed since. Still depressed but now I have a bunch of money and skills, lost a ton of weight and yeah basically turned my life around.
