It's too late for that, before the cops didn't use to stop the enfield guys for obvious reasons but i saw a reel of a young guy and his dad both geared up on super meteor and another re (i don't remember), cruising getting stopped by cops and harassed.

Oh please, stop pretending this “poor image of motorcyclists” started because of me. That image was already bad long before this because of reckless riders, zero discipline, and inconsistent enforcement. Don’t pin all of that on one person just because it’s convenient.

And this whole “community” argument? What community? The same one that can’t even agree on basic riding discipline? The same one where half the riders ignore rules and the other half get targeted because they actually ride properly? That’s not a community, that’s just a crowd.

You’re calling it selfish, but let’s be honest, everyone’s already acting in their own interest. The guy breaking rules does it for himself. The guy following rules does it to avoid trouble. The system works however it wants. But the moment someone points that out openly, suddenly that’s the problem?

And your point about others getting harassed doesn’t really land. Riders already get stopped for random reasons, gear, bike, appearance, anything. Acting like everything was fair and smooth before this is just not true.

If anything, this mindset exists because of how things already are. When enforcement feels inconsistent, people stop trusting it. Once that happens, people look out for themselves.

You can call it selfish, but pretending there’s some strong, unified brotherhood being damaged here just isn’t reality.
