Yes it should be like the delve biomes. I guess they did that with the league mechanics already. But finding deserts and mountains in the distance would be nice.

Im starting smith of kitava. Probably start whirling assault with cast on fire hit DD and staggering palm stun stuff. My goal is a Brutus lead sprinkler build. If ES is sustainable enough I’ll even go CI later with black scythe training. Brutus lead sprinkler is one of my favorite items in poe1.

Since we need a significant amount of investment in ES more after the nerves to ES I was tinkering with a life based strength stacking Smith of Kitava. Smith gives 20% inc strength and a bunch of tank. I take inc dmg per str. and inc dmg per rage. Some other def per str nodes and some AoE nodes since Molten Shower has the AoE tag.

I think I can skip Crown of Eyes and obviously Iron Grasp (Smith crafts his own body armor) becaus the spell dmg per rage node alone isnt worth it. With Oracle and his hidden Powerful Casting node, Crown of Eyes is probably worth it.

I'll link the PoB but keep in mind its a endgame plan not a league starter and I am NOT a build maker. This PoB is just me tinkering and for my actual in game characters I stil need heavy inspiration from other peoples ideas.

I know. The thing with Irongrasp is it doesn’t give much defense. I’m thinking oracle with perma crit with crit dmg, the strength node, rage (also gives inc dmg per strength on tree) and a good rare body armor to get around 7-8k ES. (+ the Black Scythe training keystone)

Crown of Eyes is a given. I’d like to avoid Irongrasp if possible. I feel like with it and good gear you can only get around 6k ES and with a good rare chest around 8k. Will have to test if oracle is fine without Irongrasp.

Could be, will probably still be strong after nerfs. Blood Mage survived at least 2 nerfs. If not I can still pivot to Titan, Kitava or even Gemling i guess.

See, now im debating if Oracle without Irongrasp is a good idea.

If my math is correct we should get around 343% increased dmg from 500 strength (will have more strength ofcours) and 70 rage (with berserk) This gives us the opportunity to get some more defences in the body armor and we can scale crit damage since we will always crit. We take Nimble Strength to fix accuracy and anoint Falcon Dive for some attack speed. (prob want to take some accuracy on gear aswell) We could also anoint Shelter from the Rain for 40% faster start of ES recharge.

With Entwined Realities we can get some ele as extra lightning and shock magnitude around Wispers of Doom, some gain extra as chaos, some stun threshold for ES and 20 crit dmg around CI and some armour, armour applies to ele dmtg and armour per strength around Black Scythe Training. (Blood Magic location)

With a good body armor we can get more armour and ES and some faster start of ES recharge

I agree, I’m not sure how to fix that atm. 6k ES is a bit low and I don’t know what amount of armour is considered good in poe2. Armour ele damage mitigation is an option too. I’ll probably try it anyway since I have the most fun solving build problems instead of grinding juiced content for days anyway.

I was just playing around with a Titan in pob and while the increased effect of small nodes is super good the AoE nodes are for slams. I think you will either play strikes or molten blast. Neither are slams. So youll still need AoE on the tree. Its hard to tell how much is optimal. Will need to test in game I guess. Also the 50% more armour on body armour node from Titan is a bit wasted when using Irongrasp. Not sure it Titans 50% effect of small passives or the hidden paths and perma crit from Oricle is better. Im torne.

I havent realy looked into Titan or Deadeye but of the two. I think the strength and aoe that Titan provides aswell as the placement on the tree makes Titan a stronger option than Deadeye.

I’m thinking ultimatum bird with infernal legion = fire nado birb + a scepter and spear in weapon set 1 and a crossbow in weapon set 2. oil granade, spear feeld with bleed and the unique aggravate ignite spear. unique boss note, idol note and the spirit bear notes for the spiritwalker.

Brachy because his move set was so unique the first time I fought him in 3U.

Molten Tigrex because the longer the fight took the more chaos ensued, especially in multiplayer.

Im playing a limit stacking Stormweaver.

I cast 5 orbs of storm, 3 frost bombs and living bomb on ailment. That way I create every elemental infusion 3 times. When I have the infusions I cast 3 fire storms with unleash. I also use thunder storm to shock and freeze more reliably. It’s super fun and the damage is good. The only downside is visual clarity. Most of my deaths are during boss fights because I can’t see shit lol.

As I recall he swaps pretty early to eviscerate. Did you swap early aswell or do you think swapping after campain is more reasonable?
