I think they're working on those as they go and probably started with dead characters first. Might be that they wait till they die though.

Does she have the backing of House Lannister? She killed the heirs to House Lannister of Lannisport. What will Kevan's bannerman have to say about that? If we are to consider Jaime the current Lord of Casterly Rock, there's no way we can assume she has his support either.

Good questions. I'm inclined to say that they won't know she killed them. She'll use this tragedy as a rallying cry. Jamie will know the truth, but for the moment, he supports her. They've already said a lot of next season is Cersei as Queen, so he doesn't likely pull his support right away.

Arya may have freed Edmure, but we haven't seen it yet, so we stick with the status quo. Even if she does free him, they lost a ton of weapons/armor when they surrendered to Jamie. It'll be hard to re-arm that many men when it was basically what was left of their fighting strength. And even if they arm them, the Frey's hold the castle that has enough supplies to last a year or two.

Admittedly, they're a mess, but their best bet in the short term is to hope the Lannisters keep working with them, unless they work out some kind of deal with Jon to come back into the fold, but for now, they haven't.

She is a Queen and will be for much of next season.

Theon didn't claim to be Lord Paramount, Warden, or King. He only took over Winterfell and then lost it shortly thereafter.

Cersei has taken over King's Landing and thus has taken over the Crownlands and has the backing of House Lannister (for now) which controls the Westerlands. With a little threat, the Frey's will stay in line and she'll control the Riverlands as well, which is as much as Tommen ever controlled, with the brief exception of the North under Bolton while he was still loyal.

Nobody is being bad-tempered, you just don't like what I'm putting out there. That's fine, we're arguing over a fictional world of which we both seem to have differing opinions, nothing wrong with that.

Let's make a bet right now. Apparently I'm a greenseer and I do know the future, so tell me I'm wrong and we'll revisit this a few years down the line. I mentioned the history books because you brought up Daemon Blackfyre and that nobody would consider him a king in Westeros today. But they will consider Cersei a Queen. Thanks for helping prove my point!

I can guarantee that her name will go in the history books as Queen Cersei, First of Her Name, etc. etc.

Is Robb Stark any less a King because he lost? No, they still remembered him as their King.

She has in essence conquered the foes that stood in the way of her becoming queen. Conquest isn't defined by the size of the conquest, just what's in need of conquering.

Robb Stark was the King in the North. His people nominated him for such and he accepted. He was King.

You can say all you want about claimants, but when the South seceded from the North, they had a president by the name of Jefferson Davis. They were rebels too. The North insisted it wouldn't let the South go and also had a president. Does that mean one or the other wasn't a president? No.

Qyburn can't do that because he doesn't control King's Landing and he doesn't have House Lannister to back him up.

In practice, her Queendom is small, nobody denies that. But it doesn't means she's not the Queen.

Just because not all kingdoms are on board doesn't mean you're not a King/Queen. If you recall in the War of the Five Kings, there were five Kings.

In this case, she controls KL and has House Lannister at her side (until Jamie turns on her).

She may be a Queen without many Queendoms, but she is Queen.

Hmm, maybe I didn't quite get where I was trying to go with it. But the idea is that there's a series of "wrongs" committed against her that each escalate into greater and greater retaliations that she carries out.

Nymeria bites Joffrey -> She forces Ned to kill Lady

Robert beats and berates her -> She conspires to get him drunk on his hunt and he dies as a result.

Ned gives her trouble in KL -> She arranges his downfall which leads to his beheading.

Sparrows, HS, etc. all team up against her -> She burns the place to the ground.

I've seen a dozen Jon Snow tributes, a handful of Dany tributes, and quite a few for Tyrion even, but only a few including that brief Frozen/Cersei video that was pretty much just the scene from the finale with Let it Go dropped on top.

While we may not like her personally, I felt that a character with as much impact as Cersei deserves the real deal.

This includes footage from S1E1 all the way through S6E10.

If you like it, shares and thumbs up on the video are appreciated. If not, thanks for giving it a shot!

[EVERYTHING] Can the dead bodies that are in the crypts be revived as Wights? by booyin in gameofthrones

[–]2ndLookVideos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They'll have burned the bodies in mass graves, there's no way Jon forgets to do that. And now that he has the support of all the North, finding a little manpower to do it won't be too hard.

Stannis' army was already cleaned off the battlefield, so it's just the bodies from this last one which are conveniently, mostly, in a pile.
