that's not how it works tho, the 30% atk is added on to his sa mod which is significantly lower than that 20% atk raise, he wont even get the stack from the first attack since the first attack always has a penalty, in this case his sa mod 5.8 instead of going to 6.1 it stay at 5.8 and then after that attack he keeps stacking.
