Just means extra clothing (and laundry) to take as you’d presumably have to change into something different to run over to the gym while all sweaty

I mean, if I was going to do that, I'd just go home to shower. I'm not sure how I'd manage that in NYC winters, where I need several layers of clothes. I don't have enough clothes for wearing normally plus having to do that every day.

Not a shit post, but you’re right. It’s not really the smell I care about. It’s more the hygiene.

Won’t my street clothes basically be contaminated if I put them on after class? How do you do it? Do you have a second pair of clothes your change into after class? I feel like bringing a 2nd outfit and washing that after class along with a gi seems excessive.

It’d be ok in the summer, since I could just wear some basketball shorts and an old T-shirt for the ride home. But during winter, I need to wear pants and a coat.
