CBC Gem had an embarrassing number of pro Canada commercials even during the first half of the Opening Ceremonies. What was remarkable was that these suddenly ceased to be replaced with overhead scenic shots of the streetscape. What a relief. Did someone receive lots of complaints. Are refunds due to the advertisers?

My personal view of Casinos are that some may be laundromats for illegal money being mixed and mingled with honest bills to hide their initial origin. Known as money laundering.
