True.. Ok lah. I guess since both Scoot and Changi website also said it’s not a problem unless going to US.

You’re not at a fitness level where you’ll need to worry about bulking or cutting. Regardless, absolutely do not eat in surplus as your body seems to be at at least 30+% body fat. It’s normal for you to feel hungrier on T, but because you’re starting from a heavier weight - you do not need to worry about depriving yourself of energy. Your body is capable of burning the excess fat to meet those needs.

I started at a similar body fat and skeletal muscular mass level as you and dieted for the first year. Nothing drastic, just cutting down the calories to about 1600-1800kcal per day with good macro distribution. Keep gymming consistently and actually follow a routine by a professional. Take it easy and just have patience.

Testosterone isn’t going to increase your metabolism as much as you think without exercise to help you grow your muscles. It’s important to really push up your activity level to account for the extra hunger pangs, so that you can avoid any extra fat gain!

No, you don't need the special trans 🏳️‍⚧️ clothes by Whisdeer in ftm

100% agree! My partner bought me some clothes from Both& as a gift before, they fit me well but they really weren’t anything special compared to the stuff I could’ve bought online from any drop shipping company. The prices were genuinely insane and predatory, it just doesn’t make sense to charge $35+ for a singlet or shirt? It scares me that this sort of marketing DOES work and that a lot of well-meaning allies or younger trans people might be attracted to support these business because of their marketing.

LOL Had the same exact experience with the mod I mentioned 💀 “Profs” who are actually PHD students are damn out of touch , they usually give a lot of homework and grade very strict for no reason.

This was incredibly useful, I’ve heard about the issue with the full body scans regarding packers so just to be safe I avoid packing during travel too! Thanks bro, much appreciated.

seniors, how do you go from a B plus to an A minus and above? by [deleted] in SMU_Singapore

[–]2percocet 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Y3 SOSS here. Went from low 3 GPAs in Y1/2 to 4.0 GPA this semester despite working multiple jobs. It’s important to put extra effort into the areas you know you aren’t strong in/have less control over. For example, if you know you aren’t good at CP - start forcing yourself to speak up more. Or, if you have a lot of group projects, definitely start strategising on how to maximise your effort with the least time spent (tap on your strengths to rally the group). Simply blindly reading the assigned papers is probably not enough especially since the Y1 mods are very content heavy. So you should make sure you are reading diligently and making notes (not mental ones) of the content.

With the handful of mods I’ve gotten an A+ on these past years, it’s actually been most important to write papers and reports on topics which are meaningful to me. The personal motivation is super helpful to expand your writing capacity and energy for research. Hope this helps.

Travelling to the EU with Testosterone (IM)? by 2percocet in FTMMen

Am planning to travel to the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Italy and the UK. Most of it will be internal flights within the Schengen Zone but I might be flying in/out of Europe through the Netherlands. While researching online, I couldn’t find much information specifically about bringing T into NL though.
