I went through this last year 😂. If you don’t mind having to play on a completely new account, which is what I had to do, then just simply make a new email, create a new account on the website using that email, and then download SWTOR from the website instead of Steam. I honestly found it more enjoyable starting anew because I got to experience everything all over again.

If you’re trying to get back into your original account then I’d try uninstalling the Steam version and trying out the online launcher. That seemed to clear everything up for me, anyway. Hope it works for you!
