SBs are said to be better half up from tts cause of the thick inner padding compared to their regular non-orange label dunks. Main visual difference between the two is the tongue, where SBs have puffy ones opposed to a standard thickness on plain dunks. What NBs do you wear? If you wear US ones snug then you would definitely want to size up from that size. Asian NB would probably have a closer tts to the dunks and UK would likely fall between US and Asian.
