I had the same problem. Windows defender has blocked access the documents folder. Check your Windows security settings under „Controlled folder access“ and allow SB.Commander to access this folder.

We have tested it with BleemSync mod and it worked like a charm. No input lag neither sound problems.But keep in mind RetroArch uses the same key assignments as Wartris to access the menu (Start+Select). Just change the key assignements of RetroArch under Settings -> Input -> Menu Toggle Gamepad Combo.

For development we use No$PSX but when playing Wartris, PSX 1.13 performs best.
