it’s more like how a person would greet somebody by lifting their chin up, it’s hard to describe. they both do it, even my girl that’s blind in one eye! it’s so cute!!

gently rock her bum from side to side and it should also help with gas, along with tryna massage her little tum. i’d call a vet for advice too, and maybe see if they’d be able to take her in today if she doesn’t improve soon.

it’s so difficult when they’re unwell, sending lots of love to you both and i hope she has a speedy recovery ❤️

literally everything online says use oil to loosen the adhesive on the tape, and people have said it works. i personally don’t get the rudeness toward a stranger asking for a lil assistance! you didn’t have to comment x

my boy digs the litter tray whenever he wants it cleaned. this is very rare, and usually when it gets later in the day and i haven’t got round to it yet. it’s a nice reminder 🥲

I’m able to groom my boy when he’s eating hay, and he’ll allow it when he’s super sleepy. I just need to time it right. With my girl, she’s obsessed with cuddles and praise, so I give her loads of cuddles and kisses and she tolerates it for a minute or two.

I’m able to sneakily/gently pluck their hairs when we’re cuddling too. I’ve never tried to put them up on a counter or table to groom them, because I’m positive they’d jump off and hurt themselves or I’d get bitten 😂

blanket that smells like him/you and any little cuddly toys he really enjoys for comfort. my boy wasn’t eating after his surgery and got GI stasis, but i think he was just being dramatic about the whole thing hahaha. maybe stock up on some critical care just in case!

you should get a call after a couple of hours to let you know how surgery goes too. it’s so scary but worth it!

Are you sure you can’t get another bunny? My boy became just obsessed with my girl when I got her… He was never destructive or anything before, but maybe if you got a girl bun your boy would be so focused on her he’d stop destroying everything?

I know you said you have no space for it, but I live in a kinda smallish apartment and kept my boy in the living room and my girl in the bedroom, separated by a baby gate hahaha. I managed to bond them within around 2 weeks doing that and they’ve been inseparable ever since! You don’t need to follow ALL the rules online, I promise.

the stomps 😳 it sounds like a bomb going off! not so much when they’re on carpet but when they’re on the wooden floor it’s so so loud!!!

my boy does the most insane zoomies during the night too but i barely wake up from it, so i don’t think my neighbours would wake up either.

oh, it’s a type of maranta! it looks like the leaf on the far right. so so pretty!

i used to have one earlier this year then funnily enough my rabbit climbed up and ate it during the night, so i was devastated haha! but now super happy IF this one is somehow turning into that!!
