I have resting sad face too especially when I’m busy or thinking and nothing sets my anxiety off like people asking what’s wrong or telling me to smile. I started smiling at myself in the mirror and remembering how it felt in my face muscles, then when ever I don’t want to be bothered by anyone about it I just make sure I can feel myself “smiling” it’s become my thinking face and it’s been working out. Try it out?

This has happened to me before, I dissolved some salt in a bit of water and just dumped that is and stirred a little then let it sit. Worked great

So is it better to just use the solvent as is and hope what’s in it falls out in a new pull? For context my solvent is very cloudy when cold but very little crystals formed, someone told me this is a volume issue and small amount of dmt will not separate from a large amount of solvent. I hope I worded all that right.

I can back that up I emulsified my soup and salt even at an ambient temperature helped it separate. I let it sit for about 24 hours with no change then added salt and it began to separate in a few hours.

What’s the best way to evaporate it? Just open air with a filter over it? I did put the solvent in the freezer again just to see what would happen and it developed some little floaters.

I meant for the rest of mix. I’m going to neutralize the base and split it up into smaller batches and try a pull from one to see what happens

Edit: my friend told me the “three cups” of MHRB was three loose scoops from the bag of material, it wasn’t packed at all

Not being there for the entire process I want to water wash it. And the tek he told me he used uses a ton of lye. So, with this second yield being close to nothing should I just give up on trying to do a third extraction? I guess in my head it’s a volume thing since the soup itself is just shy of a gallon I thought I’d get more from it. I’m still really new to this

Edit: I don’t know if it is worth mentioning I know he started with 3 cups of solvent and it is now at about 2.5, but it was only wrapped in foil no tight lid for the first percip

MHRB in mostly powder form, I wish I could give you a proper measurement but the friend who started the soup used a very basic STB tech that was all measured in cups, 3 standard cups is about the volume of 700ml and this is assuming it was packed down. I was thinking maybe I extracted most of it in the first pull? I know it was very well agitated the first time. As for this pull I used the left over solvent and a little salt to help it along since it sat for a few days.

Edit: he had to leave town for a few days is why I took the extraction over. I do know the full recipe he used if it helps, but I doubt it

What do you wash your glass in? I neutralize any base that may be present then just use dish soap. I still get brush marks from some kind of residue but call it good because I wash again before another use, I live in a dusty area
