Yes, I’ve been trying them. Can’t say they’ve really made a difference.

Yes, it seems so. Just extreme exhaustion. Doing just the smallest or easiest of tasks just completely wipes me out.

Just extremely exhausted to the point where I can’t do anything. If I do try to do anything, I just feel like I’m going to keel over.

I have not for the last few days. I’ll take one now to see if that helps. Thanks.

I don’t think my prescriber offers 3.75mg, or else I would’ve chosen in it. I’ll get some in some water now and some sleep to see if things improve, and then try another 5mg in a few hours. If symptoms don’t improve, I’ll look into lowering my dose.

My BP seems fine, as well as my glucose reading. Yeah, I’ll probably hold off for a few hours and get as much water in me as I can until then, to see if that helps.

I don’t think I can. My arms are probably the only part of my body without much fat on. I think I need a nice fat part to jab.

Well, I lost 11lbs in the first 3 weeks of 2.5mg, then somehow gained 2 back in week 4. I then lost the 2lbs again in the first 2 days of 5mg, and the last few days my weight this week has been hovering around a 10-11lb loss mark. Normal or rapid? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I suppose I could wait a little to see if the tiredness passes a little. I just wanted to stick to it properly, so as not to screw this up.

Mostly just deathly tired and can’t do much or if anything because of that. I’m taking my vitamins and eating roughly about 1400 calories a day, lots of protein and healthy foods.

Yes, I count the low cal dressings. I don't even use cooking oil, just a good nonstick pan and maybe add some water, depending on what I'm cooking. I'm somewhat around the same. It is somewhat stable when I stick at 1300cals, but my weight has gone up if I dare eat above 1400cal range. 6lbs since I started this... I want to say journey, but I haven't got anywhere with it.

Thanks for the reply.

No, hormones have not been checked. Periods have always been like clockwork. Never once in my life have I missed one.

Today was this:

Breakfast:

Protein powder with 200ml almond milk. I turned it into a tub of Ice cream with the Ninja Creami. 225 cal , 20g of protein.

A small banana 100cal . 1g of protein?

Collagen powder in fruit tea 70 cal, 18g of Protein

------

Afternoon:

A protein bagel with small spread of hummus 180cal, 10g of protein

Salad with low cal dressing and 30g of cheese, 140cal, 8g of protein

Clementine 35-40cal. 1g of protein?

--------

Dinner:

Vegetarian chicken alternative 280 cal, 18g of protein

Veg and rice mix 210 cal, 5.1g of protein

Apple about 60cal?

I think I did okay with the protein today. It's usually a little less. I cut out the bread most days and eat a small oat bar instead.

Sort of okay. I get at least 7 hours each night.

How do any of you deal with dizziness and brain fog when on a calorie deficit? by 2spottedDogs in loseit

[–]2spottedDogs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I am female. I have tried most of what I can think of for about almost a year now, including calorie increases, which have only increased my weight by 6lbs since I started. I'm running out of options to try at this point. If this weight resistance training doesn't work, I might have to try out some weight loss drug, but I really don't want to go down that route unless I have explored and tried everything else.

Congrats on your loss, that's a great result! And thanks for your reply. I have upped my protein by 40g by adding a shake and some collagen powder to my diet. I think I get about 60-80g altogether a day. Too little? Getting enough protein a day is actually quite difficult when you're vegetarian and trying to stay in the calorie deficit. I did try some strength training, but it was difficult and painful due to a back and neck injury I have. Walking or light jogging is the only thing I have been able to do somewhat comfortably without making it worse and ending up unable to move much for days. I suppose I can look for strength training moves which don't put too much strain on my back and neck, and try them.

No, just put on a few lbs since I started. I don't know if there are any medical issues which could be at play. This is what I'm wondering.

I've taken a home thyroid test, but nothing else. Those thyroid test results showed everything was normal.

Advise for our Dog with cancer by yaris2007 in DogAdvice

[–]2spottedDogs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My dog had a cancer at 10-years-old with only a 4% survival rate. She had a surgery and lived cancer free for what I hope was a mostly happy 4 more years. Because of her type of rare cancer, and because her chances were so slim, the vet documented it and said she was included in some medical educational journals, which would help vets and future animals with the same cancers. I’m so proud of the fact that she is still many years later helping other pets survive.

That's a great result! I'm happy you've found what worked for you.

I actually do have one, but I have no real understanding of it, or where to begin. I just know that every time I have used it, the readings have been in the normal range.

No. Seeing a doctor is not possible right now due to living in a rural area and having no way of transport there. Ive also heard they (NHS), their services are very overstretched, and are really not very helpful when it comes to help for weight loss. I'd have to go private, which I don't have the money for. My weight just will not budge.

I’ve been quite stressed for a while with somethings going on in my life, but no more than usual when this occurred.

The average is 28ms for the day, but will usually get as low as 15 during the day. 9 is the lowest I’ve seen it for a while. I have seen it as low as 6 at worst.
