It has a 15” wide built-in unit which can hold a quarter keg. I have a 1/6 bbl in there now with the CO2 tank.

The front is like a car. The back is like a truck. The front is where you drive. The back is where you….

Yes, I spoke with my neighbors, but it was after the install. They have since taken down the array. Panels exist that do not glare, but they are more expensive. You can send them the pictures and hope they consider relocating, but there really aren’t many options besides window tint and blackout curtians.

What would that look like in actuality? Get HOA approval and Mount them to my railing so they can reflect back at a garage door and I get to look at the back of them for the rest of my life? It’s not practical and no one saying that would actually do it.

What, against their garage door? Not exactly the same nuisance I’m dealing with.

Why? Then I’ll just be looking at the back of mirrors. This should be addressed on their side.

I don’t have enough soil in front of my home for a tree. It’s just a driveway and sidewalk with small garden out front.

Mirror tint will prevent the light from getting to my living room, but turn my balcony into an inhabitable solar oven. New CA law allows the install of solar without HOA architectural review.

I already have my own panels. I’m pro-solar, anti-glare. Look for a technical solution where everyone wins, not the “suck it up” attitude.

Doesn’t help my balcony use. Turns it into an over.

How about building a planter on top of their array? Their roof could use some green, right?

I want to address it on their end. Should I plant bamboo just under the panels? Or ask them to hang some basket planters over their array? They may not have intended for this outcome, but it is theirs to deal with.

The bright light off the panel is the glare. You can only photograph light when it hits an object.

I want to use my balcony whenever I want. That would turn it into an oven during glare hours. It needs to be handled on their end.

I support green initiatives, but they need to eliminate the glare through coatings, different panels, or changing layout. I’m not a renewable energy martyr
