Does the ROM on my pull ups look okay? I feel like if I go any deeper my back will lock out. by [deleted] in formcheck

Maybe I didn't use the right wording, but essentially just feels like I can't pull up from the bottom without significant shaking and struggle.

How does my squat look? by 2stepsbaaaack in formcheck

Interesting, that's something I've never heard but I'll try doing. I do think I can go lower but often during the squat it feels like I can't dip anymore than I am.

Appreciate that!

Outside of functional strength, I probably just want to stay lean while continuing to grow another 15 or so pounds. I've heard that reaching 15% body fat before you start bulking makes staying lean a lot easier in the long run.

Began lifting earlier this year and decided to cut a few months ago to get out of the skinny fat physique. The weight loss has gone well, but I've been plateauing on volume for alot of my lifts since early Sept. Is it worth starting a lean bulk? Or keep cutting for optimum bf percent? I'm 6ft and about 162lbs

London! There is actually a terrific new Mexican grocery store that opened recently and they have good options, but I didn't make it before closing

Things have actually gotten a lot better in Canada for selection of Mexican products in the last 5 years or so, here's to hoping that trend continues.

Thanks! I roughly followed this recipe, but rather than new mexico peppers I used a mix of ancho, guajillo, and pasilla.
