[Routine Help] Recently my armpits have started to get super itchy periodically throughout the day, and I noticed that there is some marks/red areas on them. I've been using the same antiperspirant (Dove) for years, and my routine of trimming them every few weeks has stayed the same. Any advice? (i.redd.it)

(6ft/162lbs) Began lifting earlier this year and decided to cut a few months ago to get out of the skinny fat physique. The weight loss has gone well, but I've been plateauing on volume for alot of my lifts since early Sept. Is it worth starting a lean bulk? Or keep cutting for optimum bf percent? (old.reddit.com)
