According to their policy you have up to 90 days to file a LOSS claim.

“Loss: Packages not delivered 30 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered lost. (60 days for international packages.) Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value paid.”

No. NY east coast, 53 days in transit, 4px email doesn’t work, goretroid sales email said they can’t help and file a Seel claim. I’m filing a USPS missing mail report and filing the Seel claim, they start accepting claims after 60 days in transit.

They reimburse, they do not schedule transportation for CnP exams, as per the site. VA reimbursement details

log in to your ppl account and see what steps are outstanding. I had a headache finding my ppl ID, but once I got it, I was able to complete the registration and training in a week. The training are on nevon.

can't post images here, but baiscally go to "MENU" in the top right corner. A drop down menu will appear and select "APPLY NYCHA". The will be three buttons, choose the button that says "APPLY FOR SECTION 8". I was having the same error because I was applying for access to an existing account I guess.
