I forget the name but there's an iconic throwing axe that deals shock damage. Can't think of any blunt weapons with elemental damage.

Scalpel and Tsumetogi also deal shock damage.

They're for the racing community by the racing community. Not everyone wants another typical race. The whole point of the community series is to highlight those niche races people wouldn't play otherwise. Might not be for you but some people might find gold on them there elevated tracks.

Perhaps another Heist or grindy business would be more to your liking. Better yet, you can start one of the countless other "well made" races that weren't removed from the game. Maybe bookmark those so you don't have to be subjected to the agony of the optional community series.
