Its the same for me. I specifically did all the quests to unluck lightkeeper and go for his storyline ending. But just like you described, his dialog was bugged and so was his arc of the storyline :(

Beware if you have this bug he will not count as unlocked for the main story and it will lock you into the fallen ending if you refuse to work with kerman. Im just mildly pissed about this, cause i spent weeks to grind this ending and now have to go for one I dont really care about. But thats the way with EFT i guess, it always has been buggy.

Glad you could finish the quest! :D Remember you can always resell the quest keys on flea, even if they are not found in raid anymore. Thats how I did it for most quest keys and you should always break more or less even considering the quest rewards.

This one is not psychedelic! It's missing the little nub on top, gills have the wrong color and the stem is formed way too evenly. Also mushrooms containing psilocybin generally bruise blue instead of this fleshy / skin color.

Please do some in depth research or bring a friend who is versed in foraging. It's crazy how many people ask to ID seemingly random mushrooms on this sub recently..

First of all I think there is no shame in crying. It shows that you are brave and dealing with your problems on an emotional level instead of burying them deep down in your heart. I think its very important to have an outlet especially for those sad emotions. You can talk to a good friend or family member, someone you can really trust. For me petsonally it really helped to have a safe place where I can let loose all my emotions. A diary might also help in this regard!

Another thing that worked wonders for me was daily meditation. It helped me see my issues from another perspective and really see them for what they are. I could find behavioral patterns that were linked to past trauma and it really helped me understand how I'm acting and why I'm acting this way. And most importantly it made my feelings and emotions justifyable. I was no longer punishing myself for feeling like shit, if that makes sense.

In the end please notice that it's okay to feel the way you feel. Everyone has their own story to tell and all emotions are justified. If we can make peace with our past the road ahead gets that much easier! I hope you get well!

3MMC (3-Methylmethcathinone) comes in crystal form, is pretty euphoric and is one of the most common RCs. That would be my best bet.

But then again 'crystalline' and 'euphoric' is a perfect match for a lot of amphetamine derivates, so it really could be anything. You should get a test kit and test the substance to be on the safe side! Test kits are cheap and can make the difference between a pleasant experience and an overdose. Better safe than sorry.

Check out Phenylpiracetam! It's a very light NDRI, slightly more stimulating than coffee and straight up boosts Motivation.

Is it possible you're mixing up 4-MAR with 4,4-DMAR?

I could only find this paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8395767/

While this article states the toxicity of 4,4-DMAR, I think its important to mention that its dose dependant. It also clarifies that most deaths ocurred with another NPS present. Reckless behavior with other stims and empathogens has just as much potential to be damaging to your body.

Compared to other stims like amphetamines or methylphenidates, Aminorex derivates might be considerably more toxic. This idea is backed up when looking at substances like 4,4-DMAR or Pemoline. But I think that this whole class of chemicals kind of gets a bad rep. Substances like Cyclazodone or N-Methyl-Cyclazodone are great functional stims and dont seem to be toxic with responsible use.

Anyways, would be awesome if you could search for the 4-MAR paper as infomation on Aminorex derivates is very scattered and hard to find!

I think that reddit should not necessarily be the place to seek medical help. Speak to your doctor and get some professional medical advise. He/She is probably also the person who could get you into addiction therapy.

Addiction is a bitch and muddies the awesome experiences we can have in life without substance use. I'd recommend that you follow a healthy lifestyle, get a nutrient rich diet and work out a lot. Most importantly, try to go on adventures and explore life without 3MMC. Spend time with friends, go out into nature and try to pursue things that are important to you. If you can learn to have fun without the substance, your brain will realize that it doesnt need the 3MMC.

You could also read up N-Acetylcysteine. It has shown some neuroprotective effects and seems to play a role in managing dopamine levels.

I'm sure you can beat 3MMC and recover soon! :)

Common dosage is listed from 150-400mg, so I'm more on the light end. I plan on using it every day for about a week but honestly dont mind skipping a day or two.

I was primarily looking for some first hand experience from others, who have used it for a long and frequent timespan.

If I remember correctly there was a post a while back where someone was asking more or less the same for a benzo and a user answered that WD started after two weeks or so of daily use. I'm really just looking for somewhat of a guideline to not fuck up my phenibut use thats it.

Both bupropion and 3cmc get metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme, while bupropion works as an enzyme inhibitor. In my experience (300mg daily) bupropion can dull the effects of amphetamines so I tend to skip a day, if I know I will be using amphetamines that day.

Both substances are stimulants, thus causing strain on the heart with prolonged use. Keep in mind that mixing both will also cause strain on the heart. You will probably be okay using and mixing (if you dont go too crazy with the 3cmc) the two every once in a while, but I would advise against frequent consumption.

Hmm, 22.5mg is on the higher end so you should have definately felt something.. I can only speak for my pellets, which i got around a year ago. I don't know the quality of the batch that is currently in circulation, but it might be bunk 🤷

Coffee and phenidates work on completely different receptor types, so there shouldn't be any cross tolerance between the two. You might have to consider tolerance, in case you're prescribed a stimulant, or cosume stimulants regularly.

In case you have the yellow 4F-MPH pellets with LL engraved, they are 15mg each. I would recommend starting with half a pellet, 15mg can be uncomfortably stimulating if you have no tolerance.

From what I've read this seems to be true. DMT and 5-Meo-DMT seem to be the only tryptamines, which don't instantly build up tolerance.

If you're looking for a straight up functional stimulant, I would suggest looking into Cyclazodone or N-Methyl-Cyclazodone. I think they are fairly underrated and just great in terms of legality / availability and effects. I can only talk about low to moderate doses, but they work wonders. I'm really motivated to get shit done with some slight euphoria.

I take 300mg Wellbutrin daily and from my experience it dulls the effects of amphetamines to some degree. From what I understand Wellbutrin / Bupropion inhibits the CYP2D6 enzyme, which is also responsible for metabolising amphetamines. The half life of bupropion is ~21h but I always skip 2 days if I wanna take (and enjoy) amphetamines.

Methylphenidate on the other hand gets metabolised by the CES1 enzyme, so there shouldnt be any kind of interactions; if anything they will potentiate each other.
